At (website name), we ship the goods to consumers all over the country  in 3 to 8 days for domestic deliveries and 7 to 14 days for international deliveries. 


The shipping and delivery costs are subject to change based on the user's pin code, the shipping address, and any additional circumstances that can cause a delivery delay. The delivery of the product can be postponed in the case of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Seller's control. However, the Seller is not liable for any delays because the delivery/shipping time depends on factors like location, availability, the reach of our delivery partners, etc.



The vendor is not liable for any issues during the product's delivery (such as damaged goods, theft, or something missing in transit). Any uncertain event outside the seller's control [such as a pandemic lockdown, earthquakes, explosions, a transport vehicle colliding or overturning, the loading and unloading of products, inadvertent or impact damage, etc.] shall not expose the seller to liability. You can relax knowing that it happens so infrequently.


If a User declines to accept an order after it has been delivered, shipped, or put in transit, the product(s) will be treated as a return. Such products are only subject to cancellation if the cancel option is on the website or mobile application.


For pre-paid and Cash-on-delivery orders, the Seller is not obligated to refund the product's price if the User refuses to accept the order at the doorstep. There will be an additional fee for the user if they require or request a second delivery.


The User is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. The delivery cost may be refundable depending on the replacement item. If the User does not pay the shipping fees, the appropriate amount will be deducted from their refund.
